CARR (Chicago Area Regional Representatives)
The members of this organization are admissions representatives from universities and colleges around the country who live in the Chicago area and whose recruitment territory includes the Chicago area. The organization’s objectives are the following:
1. To assist each other in counseling students for post-secondary study.
2. To assist high school counselors through programs and informal sessions in the educating of high school students about post-secondary opportunities.
3. To provide support to new regional representatives.
4. To offer guidance to colleges/universities that are considering adding a regional representative.

Admission Professionals of CARR are available to assist you and your students with any questions you may have about their institution and the admission process.
We Provide Speakers and Presenters
Many CARR members are available to speak or present on a variety of topics at college fairs, junior nights, or individual classes. Topics include: How to Write a College Essay, SAT/ACT General Info and Strategies, What Colleges are Looking For, Why Go Out of State, How to Make the Most of College Visits, Interviewing, Selecting a Visual & Performing Arts College, Careers in the Arts, Private vs. Public Universities, Selecting a College.
